Chitose, Hokkaido, Japan｜Kirin

I'm a business traveler. I came looking for a store that seemed easy to enter. There are about 4 counter seats and tables. We started with appetizers, then had half shrimp chili, grilled stick gyoza, and mapo tofu, and they were delicious. It had the impression of being an authentic Chinese restaurant, and was a favorite among locals.

Absolutely delicious & feels good If you want to eat Chinese food in Chitose or Eniwa, this is your only choice. The crunchy fried rice, the mapo tofu with a hint of Japanese pepper, and the melting hot shrimp chili were all delicious. It's definitely a repeat.

All dishes were delicious. The taste was not too strong and had a strong umami flavor, which left a good impression. The mapo tofu is especially delicious. For drinks, we had a Shaoxing wine highball and a seven-year-aged plum wine, both of which were thought to go well with the food, and we had a fun meal with friends. I haven't eaten the highly recommended Dandan noodles, so I'd like to go there at a later date.
