I was driving around and wanted to eat some gyoza, so I looked for it and it was nearby so I decided to give it a try. Each gyoza is well seasoned and delicious even without soy sauce! It's big and filling! I feel like I can eat as many as I want (lol) It's a restaurant that has quite a menu and you'll want to come back again and again.

This shop is located in a residential area along Nango Dori and Mukogaoka Dori towards Sapporo Dome. We came here during the day because we heard that the gyoza, mapo tofu, and dandan noodles were delicious. This time, we ordered the most popular gyoza rice set. You can choose from 3 dumplings in the set (add 50 yen for each extra) To be honest, since I was at work, I was thinking of refraining from eating gyoza, but since it said that it uses low-odor garlic, I was relieved and ordered it. After a few minutes of waiting, a large dumpling the size of a child's fist came out. As soon as I took a bite, the skin was chewy, the meat juice was juicy, and the spiciness of the garlic spread in my mouth, and I devoured it in no time. Here, we make gyoza by hand every morning without pre-made gyoza, so it will end as soon as we run out of gyoza. In addition, the gyoza skin, pork, and cabbage used as ingredients are all from Hokkaido (this is why it is delicious). Next time, I would like to try the new menu "Kinoko no Ankake Yakisoba", which is only available on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. The parking lot can park 3 cars (+ 1 light car) next to the store.

This is a restaurant where you can eat delicious gyoza, which is personally one of the best in Sapporo. We are very particular about changing the moisture content of the skin depending on the humidity of the day. It's really chewy and delicious. The tandan noodles are delicious, and the fried rice here is my favorite in Sapporo. This is a restaurant I don't really want to tell about because I don't want it to be crowded. This restaurant is recommended not only for Chinese food lovers, but also for those who like ramen and gyoza!
