Bit of a wait to get in but nothing more than 15 minutes. They work through the line pretty quickly a long as you remembered to write your name on the waiting list (sheet of paper on the front of the store). The pork bowl was pretty good. The meat was tender and was cooked just right. The flavor was just right as well, you can taste the caramelization of the sauce and the slightly charred edges of the meat but it was just right in terms of saltiness and sweetness. Personally would have preferred a slightly stickier sauce so that it sticks to the meat more but really nothing to complain about. There is an English menu(check somewhere in the middle). The staff was efficient and friendly.

Hits the right spot. If you want to simply satisfy your tummy… I would recommend this. They only serve 1 type of food. Grilled pork belly /loin over rice! Located at Stellar Place food court.. this opens at 1100H and closes at 10pm. You can customize the cut size of the pork and the serving size as well. Highly recommended.

No queue on a weekday about 4:30pm.. you can choose the amount of rice for the pork bowl (different prices), the amount of sauce and also the size of how you want the meat to be cut! Very nice for people who don’t like to chew so much 😆 Worth it to spend the extra 50yeb for the grated mountain wasabi! It’s not super spicy like normal green wasabi, and a little dry - but it pairs super well with the pork 👍👍
