Small cafe near the road. This cafe is really cozy and staff and the owners are super friendly. Really enjoyed the soft serve ice cream and the coffee. The crepe cake was also good.

One of the best way to commute in jozenkei in thid kind of season (end of October) is by using bicycle! It's a bit difficult for foreigner to use bus or car, so this place is your saviour because they rent a bike! Bike is limited so first come first serve :) It was only 1k for one hour, the owner is super generous she gave me even some extra free time (she speaks English very well)! With bike you can go to jozankei dam easily & all other area, but for the other dam (it's far & need to use bus again) a bit difficult. The bike was in perfect condition, no worries. She also sells ice cream, you deserve this delicious ice cream after the tiring day ;) overall this place is very friendly, nice, rent the bike!

Really great food and drinks. Definitely recommend! The vibe is great too.
