Cozy Taiwanese and Chinese tea cafe. Large selection of Taiwanese and Chinese oolong teas. There is a small selection of other types of tea on the secret menu if you ask. When you order you get a gaiwan and pot of water, and you can pour as many cups of tea as you'd like. Well, at least until your tea leaves run out of flavor. The owner said that the lightly-oxidized Taiwanese tea I ordered could do about 7 or 8 cups. The owner is very nice, and patiently explains how to use a gaiwan if you've never had Chinese tea before. There are only about 6 seats, so you may want to call ahead and confirm seats are available before going, especially on the weekend.

Both the Chinese tea and sweets were delicious and I was very satisfied. There are so many types of tea to choose from, so when I was having a hard time deciding, the owner helped me out by suggesting suggestions based on my current mood. You don't have to worry because they will also give you a lecture on how to drink it. Inside the restaurant, you sit side by side at the counter, so you can spend a relaxing time. Another great feature is that if you find a tea you like, you can purchase it for home use.

A shop that opened the door to the world of Chinese tea. They will teach you carefully so that even beginners can brew. Mainly Taiwanese tea, but there are also several types of Chinese tea, and there are special teas on the back menu. Before COVID-19, the store manager went to Taiwan to buy tea and tea utensils, but after COVID-19, he seems to be developing various new products online. Dessert is personally the most delicious among Taiwanese sweets in Sapporo. In addition to the standard menu items such as tofu and yakisenso, the limited-edition items were also excellent. I hope that it will continue to be one of the few (laughs) Chinese tea cafes in Sapporo for a long time.
