My favorite Dan Dan Noodle restaurant in the city. Pretty cheap, especially if you get the 175 “Inagoro” menu where you can get extra of a lot of the toppings for free.

Order at a dedicated counter and pay on the spot. After ordering, you will be given a buzzer that will notify you when the item is ready, so be sure to check Wikipedia while you wait. When the buzzer goes off, go to the counter and pick up your item. By the way, this Buzzer-chan is a child who is relatively modest in assertiveness (the vibrator is weak and there are no gimmicks such as lighting up the lamp), so please keep a close eye on her or take good care of her by not letting her get away from you. The atmosphere of the store is a bright Starbucks. There are counter seats, as well as spacious raised seats, so even children can smile. Part of the wall is a bouldering stage, but I don't know if you can climb it. Anyway, it's fashionable and makes you think, ``Did you just come here to drink Frappuccino?'' You can choose between clear water and plain water based noodles, but this time I had the white sesame dandan noodles with a plain water base. The noodles have a slightly firmer texture compared to Seiyu (I ate Seiyu-based noodles at a different restaurant, so I can't make a general comparison). Also, the soup was very thick and tasted like high-quality corn soup. The noodles and soup mixed together so well that by the time I finished eating the noodles, about half of the soup was gone. It's full of flavor and richness, and you'll feel as satisfied as if you were eating it in a tanker. However, if you want to enjoy the numbing sensation of pepper, I personally recommend the fresh water base. I felt that the strong flavor and richness overpowered the pepper. Also, if you use homemade chili oil as a table topping in the same way as fresh water, it will become too salty, so add a little at a time and check. The purpose of this chili oil is to enhance the flavor and saltiness rather than increasing the spiciness. The store is in the same building as Ootoya, so be careful not to enter Ootoya by mistake. Ootoya is also delicious.

First go to the counter, place your order, and be given a call bell. I waited for a while at an empty seat after specifying the spiciness and amount. The ring tone is modest, so if you're not careful, you might miss it. Water is self-serve, and seasonings are placed on each table to change the taste. The special chili oil was also delicious, and it was nice to be able to enjoy various textures such as the crunchy nuts and crispy mizuna. It seems that there is a topping service if you keep the receipt and bring it next time. We are currently holding a stamp rally until February next year, so if you show your passport, you can get a hot ball.
