Authentic Unagi Restaurant in a traditional house. The unagi was done to perfection, not too burnt and still moist inside. Highly recommend to eat here. Note that you will need to get a queue number from the door as they dont take reservations. They have limited seats. I arrived at 11.30am for lunch and took a queue number, but still had to wait 1.5 hrs for my seating. Fortunately the queue system has a website that allows you to check on the status of the queue, so I could still roam around the area before my turn.

They open at 10:45 not 11 am. I arrived about 15 mins before opening and the number I got was already 35th. You can scan the bar code to check your status in queue so there is no need to stay around. I got seated around 12. Staffs are very friendly and the eel rice is delicious. Nice traditional and now crowded dining environment

Come to this place and get a number first. Then you can walk around the city while tracking your number on your phone, and come back in time for one of the best unagi in town
