Amazing ramen experience. Finally service staff willing to communicate with travelers!

I ate salt ramen. It was delicious❗️ The flavor seems to be strong, but when I thought about adding the onions and chopped ginger that were on the table, I thought it was just right, as I wrote. You can customize the thickness of the soup, the hardness of the noodles, and the amount of fat. There seem to be four types of soup. I accidentally finished the soup, but I was given a stamp card. If you drink 10 times, you will receive a free bowl of ramen. I wanted to put my body on the line and do my best. Didn't the staff think the soup was too thick? He was considerate. It was delicious😊

This is Iekei Ramen in Susukino. The standard is pork bone soy sauce, but the curry ramen is also pretty good! It was so delicious I had 6 bowls of rice. The store staff are also nice people! The photo shows two seaweed added to the curry ramen.
