Very classic Sapporo ramen with an extremely rich miso flavor. I got the rich miso ramen (濃厚味噌) but, the spicy miso (辛味噌) also looked very good. Both are limited per day. The chashu is very fatty and incredibly flavorful. The staff is super nice also. Thanks for a good bowl of ramen!

What a wonderful experience with truly delicious ramen. When you enter the restaurant, there’s a machine to your left. You can purchase ramen there, and hand the ticket to employees. The machine has some English text and pictures so it’s very easy to understand regardless of your native language. We arrived at supposedly the busiest time, around 10pm. We waited about 10 minutes. They pulled out some extra seats for us to wait outside. The ramen was to die for. I ordered the thick miso ramen and my friend ordered normal Sapporo miso. Both were full of flavor and a true pleasure to indulge in. The cha shu is also very good. Highly recommend this place.
