The ingredients are simple: chashu, bean sprouts, menma, and chopped wood ear mushrooms. When you lift the noodles, the steam and mouth-watering scent that rises as soon as they emerge from the oil slick is irresistible. The soup is light, yet rich, and the miso flavor is delicious. The noodles are the classic Sapporo ramen curly noodles with a rich egg flavor! ! It's strange because when I look at these noodles, I feel safe and delicious (*^^*) The light soup brings out the flavor of the noodles. I ate delicious miso ramen after a long time. It's not a huge amount, but I felt completely satisfied after eating it. The fried rice is also crunchy and delicious from the first bite. Some people may find the second half a little salty, but if you are someone who does heavy lifting or after exercising, it is a delicious fried rice that your body craves. Thank you for the meal (*^^*) It's a bit disappointing that there is no parking lot. By the time I got home, the front of the store was full of cars parked on the street. If you have trouble parking your car, it's only a few minutes walk from the nearby supermarket parking lot.
