The best cake shop in Hsinchu🥰

Their pies are very delicious, particularly the crust. It's crispy and full of texture and flavors. There are varieties of pies to choose from, ranging from fresh and seasonal fruits to mixed and sweetened nuts, all are perfectly crafted into these amazing pies. I find it one of the best in Hsinchu area and perhaps the whole island. The German chef does make his pastry perfect.
