Let me tell you the conclusion first, it is delicious and I will want to come again! ! The Vietnamese staff can speak Chinese, so you don’t have to worry about ordering. The menu also has clear pictures showing the ingredients👌 (comments will be accepted below) I ordered French bread with sand tea lamb + soft-boiled egg. The whole portion was very large. The bread was crispy on the outside and a little chewy on the inside, but not too difficult to bite and made my mouth tired. However, because there were a lot of ingredients and the bread itself was It's very thick, so just bite it slowly in small portions. The mutton part of the main character is very fragrant! It doesn't have an overpowering smell, and it's cut into bite-sized pieces (I almost choked on mutton several times). The spices in the sauce inside are very fragrant, but it doesn't feel the same as Taiwanese sand tea, but I personally I like it quite a lot; the bread absorbs the sauce and doesn’t feel like the bread is empty! Then there are a lot of vegetables, and the cilantro is really fragrant (I love cilantro🌿)! ! Also, I don’t know if it can be changed to hard-boiled eggs. Friends who are afraid of raw eggs should pay attention~ Overall, it has a strong taste, and I would like to pair it with a drink. Another thing to note is that although I ordered it not spicy, it is still spicy, about a little spicy (it is because of the chili pepper, so it will not be spicy all the time), which is not recommended at all. Spicy eaters beware. There are seats in the store that can be used inside, and it is bright and clean. There are paper bags and plastic gloves in the tableware area, but they are easy to drop when eating, so be careful ~ I have clumsy hands and I eat them everywhere 😂 After we were seated, we discovered that there were stir-fried laths, and I would like to try them next time. Finally, except for the 15 yuan with eggs (because eggs are expensive now), I think 90 yuan is OK based on the price in Taipei. The portion for dinner is also OK. I hope the business will be prosperous!
A great Vietnamese French bread, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, paired with shredded radish, onions, cucumbers and boneless chicken thighs, topped with a unique sauce, a perfect match! A portion of French bread is very satisfying~ I will try other flavors next time! New product launch: Pork/beef fried rice noodles Pork/Beef Chow Mein Crispy cheese meat sauce - - Ps. The main meal bread can be replaced with rice The Vietnamese landlady is very talkative and runs her own small shop, which is very busy~ 🚩More Guishan Linkou Food FB Fans & Clubs are welcome to follow: #It’s nice to live in Linkou
