The beef pho was average, not bad but not outstanding. The main problem was that it was already past the peak hour when I went to eat. One of the two men in the store was playing with his mobile phone and dozing off, and the other was a foreigner who was mainly in charge of serving food. The lady kept talking on her cell phone and was not wearing a mask. I don’t know if she was wearing one while cooking. I heard the sound of talking on the phone throughout the meal. She was not in the mood and had to eat quickly, so I won’t go there again.
