Wanted to try another Vietnamese restaurant around the area. Its lunch hour window is kind of short from 1130am to 2pm. We got there early and was probably the 2nd group to get there once it opens. All the tables quickly filled up by the lunch crowd as we were eating. The shrimp pancake was the big surprise STAR, thinly fried shrimp paste with shrimp chunks with a light outer layer. The pho was tasty, and was as authentic as it gets as I didn’t need to add any lime nor anything else to it. I managed to finished all the soup to the last drop, and no after effects to indicate if there was not too much salt nor msg. Throat feels great. That’s an extra star. Don’t forget to try the homemade chili peppers in the metal container.
