Songshan District, Taipei City｜真好嘉義正宗火雞肉飯

We had a hard time finding specifically turkey rice in taipei and chanced upon this stall in Raohe night market. Decided to give it a go and good lord, it was the best we had. The scallion oil was fragrant and the onion pieces are crisp. The turkey meat shreds were also very tender. Please give this shop a try! Side note: shop owner told us this is exactly what she ate while growing up in Chiayi, so she learned the recipe from her brother and moved to Taipei in hopes of sharing this dish with a larger audience!
