A little bit salty, but very crispy and the meat full with the flavor.

I keep forgetting to take photos because I keep gobbling it up right away. Excellent quality fried chicken. One of the few places I'd eat fried foods from, as I feel good after eating it. The family eats their own product, and they are a lovely bunch of folks.
