Hainanese chicken is really delicious! The slightly cold and tender chicken melted quickly when you put it in your mouth. You can try the soy sauce and chili made by the store themselves. It is delicious when dipping the chicken! It instantly reminds me of the Hainanese chicken rice I had to wait for nearly an hour when traveling to Thailand 4 years ago...but the one in this restaurant is much better than the one there. This is the first time that a restaurant offers grass jelly honey as a drink. There are finely chopped grass jelly cubes in it. The sweetness is just right for me. It’s great!
