Hualien City, Hualien County｜強蛋餅

How do schrimps, potatoes, cheese, pineapples and honey make up a dish? Wrap them into a pancake and et voilà! I didn't imagine it would be tasty but I gave it a try and didn't got disappointed. Had to wait for roughly 15 min. It's probably the pizza Hawaii version of pancakes. You should try it out, too!

Great take on the taiwanese pancake. The basil complements the oyster nicely.
