Crispness: 8/10, it is still crispy after cooling Bread aroma: 8/10, smell of salt, butter, and flour in one bite Tendon: 9/10, the inner Q part is not ignored Environment: 10/10, clean front desk and backstage work are clean, comfortable warm-colored lamps, high ceilings, refreshing Attitude: 10/10, the guests are very kind when they enter the door Overall score: 9/10, a bakery worthy of a special visit.
