Xiangshan District, Hsinchu City｜Laya burger

One of the few pet-friendly restaurants in the area. It's newly renovated so it's clean and looks nice. The owners are very kind and happy to chat with us. For some reason I tend to feel sick when I eat at breakfast restaurants in Taiwan, but I haven't had an issue here yet. The menu is in Chinese, but there is a menu with English on it at the counter, and most of the signs are written in Chinese and English. My only complaint would be the lack of coffee options on the menu. We go here almost every weekend for breakfast but go elsewhere for coffee later.
