your pho desire will definitely be fulfilled, 4 stars for the food because I think the beef tendon can be much more softer (if you like it crispy and chewy then this is your place); and that free flow of basils and other herbs are not available here which I won’t complaint cuz it’s Taiwan, but yea just not perfect yet. the moment you sit here you might have an illusion that you are in Vietnam cuz the whole shop speak in Vietnamese (just visited Hanoi and Hochiminh in May & July), so you won’t feel the “friendliness” you experienced in most other Taiwanese small shops, not that they are not friendly but, hm…just not as passionate you know what I mean. they have extra charge for 1) packaging 2) extra soup, where so far these are free in most other places I’ve went in past 10 days. 3) not allow to consume food/beverages other than ordering here where it’s very common that a lot of ppl would carry their own drinks from somewhere. so only 4 star for services because of this differences. Again not complaint because I could totally see both sides of the reasons. It’d be interesting to see whether the original culture or this new norm will be more widely adopted.

The number 5 beef pho was so delicious! Food was prepared fast and was pretty affordable. I definitely would recommend getting the noodle soups over the fried noodles, as they were very thick and not as good as the noodle soups.

The taste of Pho and coffee here are quite authentic. Their spring rolls and the fish sauce served with the dish are very authetic and unique. Greatly recommend!
