More Comments at Google MapThe first time I bought it was because I wanted to eat Vietnamese food. I found this shop accidentally on the map. Although it is vegetarian, it is really delicious! The first time I bought a bento, I was really shocked! The portion was so huge that I was so full that night ε-(´∀`; ) But it’s really delicious! But the portion is really too much! Next time I go there, I’ll tell the boss lady directly that I’ll beg for less food! The noodles are also delicious. Although the portion is a little smaller than the rice, it is about 7 minutes full for me! Friends who like Vietnamese food and are vegetarians should not miss this restaurantჱ̒¯꒳¯)⟡ When I got home, I immediately recommended it to my grandpa and grandma who are vegetarians in the first and fifteenth grade of junior high school, hahaha
Came to eat around 5-6pm, it was very cold. The stir-fried noodles with lemongrass are very special. I guess it is an original dish created by the proprietress that combines Chinese ingredients with Vietnamese flavor. When chewing the noodles, bursts of lemongrass are transmitted to the tip of the nose. The combination is perfect, and the white rice with the sauce around it makes it even more interesting. Appetite, one mouthful followed by the next, the noodle intestines are finally not boring! The cold spring rolls come with a dipping sauce. It may not be described as just sweet and sour. It is the most perfect one I have ever tasted. It is in line with my favorite taste. There is also peanut powder sprinkled by the hostess floating on top, which is powder + granules + kernels. Three types are clear at a glance. The vegetarian meat strips inside the spring rolls are thick, the cucumber shreds are very fresh, crisp and moist, and the spring roll skin is very elastic. If you have bad teeth, you should chew it slowly before swallowing. I have good teeth and love the toughness of the skin. Drizzle some plain satay on top of the red oil stir-fried hands. Unfortunately, I don’t like the greasy taste of satay. Fortunately, the sauce for dipping spring rolls is also a good choice~ Those who like spicy food must add the chili peppers provided by the store manager. This is the key to the finishing touch for speculators! Finally, there is the perfect tofu soup in the cold weather. The tofu is made of flat tofu, with at least three to four pieces, which are quite large, and there are also carrots and turnips. No wonder the soup is so delicious because these two are the main contributors😆 The whole meal cost only NT$100 for two people on average, which satisfied my taste buds and made me feel full. I felt very happy to be able to eat at a Vietnamese restaurant that operates with such care and takes every ingredient seriously!
