If you are in Taitung, you have to pay a visit to this seafood restaurant. They serve fresh seafood in a multi levelled steamer and all the juices gets collected in a soup stock. Order some rice to add into the soup to turn it into a sweet seafood porridge. The boss was super friendly and provided good service. The place was clean too! I would definitely come again when I visit Taitung.

This is a very unique seafood dish. The simple original flavor shows the freshness of the ingredients. It is delicious without too much seasoning or dipping sauce. It is like re-recognizing these seafood ingredients. The ten of us ordered the 3,000 seafood combo. The boss would help us prepare a variety of different ingredients and steam them three times at a time. Different ingredients have different orders and different times. In the end, everything will drip to the bottom. The principle of the clear soup is the same as that of dripping chicken~ So after all the steaming, the bottom pot of dripping seafood is the essence of all the ingredients. It is really fresh and sweet, as if you are swimming with the fish in the sea. If you particularly like a certain ingredient, just order it a la carte. Otherwise, I highly recommend ordering the comprehensive one so that the content can be more diverse and the price will not be too high. This steamed seafood restaurant will be on my "want to come again list"! !

Randomly spot the restaurant from Google but the dining experience turn out fantastic. Owner is super friendly and the food is very fresh. Definitely worthy trying and must come place when you at TaiTung.
