Neihu District, Taipei City｜居和熹湯包

This is really a pleasant find. I have been eating 小龙包in 737 for past 2 years. Only to be told that the original shop is actually this 居和熹 There is a no frill order machine at the entrance. It offers only 2 types of 包and a hot and sour soup. The 汤包 is steaming hot and very very juicy. Lots of 汤水，not too salty. The meat is fresh and succulent. The soup is slightly sour and peppery spicy We had a 2nd order after the 1st tray. Really enjoyed our brunch

The soup dumplings are juicy inside. Steamed dumplings with cabbage filling are refreshing and crunchy. Big. The mushroom soup is very rich and rich in ingredients. Highly recommended.
