Excellent. Consistently good. Some of the bet swans la tang in Kaohsiung. The shrimp dumplings are great & so are the potstickers.

I only recently realised this in a chain store and it's everywhere! The dumplings are consistently good. I particularly like the pot sticker dumplings and the kimchi shui jiao.
