I found that the dumpling restaurant that had been closed down that year had opened a new dumpling restaurant. Driven by the memories, I walked in. I took some dumplings and hot and sour soup home. The moment I bit into the dumplings, I almost burst into tears. This is the old taste of the delicious dumplings from thirty years ago! The fresh and sweet cabbage stuffing is delicate and full of gravy. It feels like I have returned to my childhood. I followed my family into Xinxiang Xiangxiang Dumpling House. The large pot of boiling water and mist steaming at the door, and the bright yellow lights in the store illuminated the faces waiting for the food at the big round table. Compared with the dumplings that are made from real ingredients and full of memories, the hot and sour soup seems mediocre and featureless. I hope that this second-generation dumpling restaurant, which has inherited the Xin Xiang Xiang Dumplings, can stick to it for a long time and pass on the taste of the past from generation to generation.
