Delicious

Looking from a distance, the store looks dark. There is no signboard light, but the store is quite bright. There are a lot of customers during the meal time, and there are only two people in the store. It may take a little patience to wait, roughly half an hour. The food tastes good, especially the dumplings and fried oolong are delicious! It’s just that the portion of fried oolong is relatively small, and boys may not be full. 📌 Dumplings 5 yuan/piece 📌Fried Oolong NT$65 📌Preserved egg tofu 30 yuan 📌Hot and sour soup 40 yuan The meals were sold out early. We arrived at around 6pm. There is no food at all, and those who like to eat may have to come earlier.

The lady is very nice😆~ *Meals are limited. If you want to eat, it is recommended to call to make a reservation. Otherwise, you will not be able to eat if you are too late. *We may not be able to add meals in the evening due to the crowds. Pictures 1 and 2: Cabbage Dumplings It tastes very good inside, and the size is not too small. It’s delicious. Figure 3: Fried noodles (normal) Figure 4: (Add noodles) The normal size doesn't look like much, but after adding noodles, it almost fills the entire bowl. There are quite a variety of ingredients: flower branches, shredded pork, cabbage, carrots, onions, scallions, etc... Because there is still a little soup at the bottom, it is recommended to take it home and mix it again to prevent the noodles from being too dry. Figure 5: Fried pasta (normal) Personally, I think it’s similar to chow mein, except the noodles are different. I personally prefer the texture of pasta. Figure 6: Fried oolong (normal) Picture 7: Fried pork rice (large portion) It doesn't taste too greasy, nor does it feel sticky in your mouth. Overall it's pretty good. *I don’t know if the pork rice dumplings in the south are actually braised pork rice. I’m a bit confused. Picture 8: Egg fried rice In addition to eggs, there are green onions and cabbage. It is not just egg fried rice. Compared with kimchi fried rice, the overall taste is just right, there is no dryness problem, and the taste is just right. Picture 9: Kimchi fried rice I don’t know whether it’s because it’s been stored for a longer time or because the water has been absorbed more, but it tastes dry. The kimchi is more like golden kimchi and doesn’t have much spiciness. Figure 10: Pork liver soup There seems to be a lot of dregs around the soup, but the overall quality is clear. I personally think the amount of pork liver is enough, so don’t worry too much about the large and small pieces. There are also some green vegetables. Figure 11: Preserved egg tofu Picture 12 and 13: Fried rice with salted pork and egg (with rice) The meat tastes pretty good, very flavorful, and the amount of meat is OK Figure 14: Rice bowl (with rice) This is the first time I ate this kind of Taiwanese rice bowl. I originally thought it was Japanese style. The side dishes include salted pork, half sausage, pig ears, pickled radish, braised eggs, and spinach. Unfortunately, the flavor of pickled radish is not that prominent. It looks like a layer of marinade is poured on the rice. Overall, it tastes pretty good. It almost goes well with the meal. At the end of the meal, it will feel a bit oily, which is a pity, but it cannot be avoided with side dishes like this. Figures 15, 16, 17, 18, 19: Pot roasted pasta Because it is a reservation, the noodles are decorated separately, which is very considerate~ The soup should basically be like sand tea, with eggs, shrimps, clams, vegetables, etc... There are quite a lot of ingredients and it tastes good. Figure 20: Seafood noodles The soup is much lighter than that of Guoshao. It contains cabbage, flower branches, shrimps, fish (?, etc... The ingredients don’t feel as rich as the ones cooked in pots, and there are fish (? Personally, I think it’s pretty good, but overall it tastes more like pot roasts. If you want something lighter, you can choose seafood. Figure 21: Huazhi Fried Rice The texture of Huazhi is much softer than expected. It may be because they are fried together. There are only about 3 or 4 in number, which is quite a pity.
