One of my favourite sweet soup places in town. You rarely find "rice pasta" these days at these dessert places but they have it and it's just the best. Order a brown sugar shaved ice with taro balls, soft peanuts, red beans and rice pasta, then enjoy. Glutenous rice balls are my fav as well.
