This is one well made rice roll! The small stand is conveniently located right next to PX Mart. I prefer the traditional rice roll; with pickled radish, pickled mustard green, pork floss and fried bread stick. But if you are adventurous or like to try different fillings, there are many choices. The sweet rice is cooked perfectly, chewy but not too hard. And the young man making it thoughtfully distributed the filling evenly, so you get a bit of everything in almost every bite. I will be going back for more soon.
