The food is really good! The menu has English on it too. The people were friendly and answered any questions I had. It wasn't too busy when I went, and there are seats in the back. The scallion pancake wasn't too oily, and tasted nice and crispy. The scallion imparted a slight saltiness to it. The turnip cake was rich and tasted good with a bit of hot sauce. The pan fried bun was filled with veggies. Also very big. The hot soy milk tied the meal up together nicely. A great way to start the day in Taipei.

Great food! There multiple stall of this type of breakfast food nearby! Affordable Taiwanese breakfast though I doubt real Taiwanese are actually eating these for breakfast! Cause when I enter it just me and other bunch of tourists

Happy to find this breakfast place that opens early (5:30am) and has dine in and AC. 油條is made in house. The other 永和 places near here are either take out or not made in house
