Don’t get fouled by the comments from angry Taiwanese, it’s a nice place to eat at a low price. Very affordable (most is under 30-35 NTD), the owners are nice and make your breakfast super quickly. There is a room with AC and a room without. Food is good, served quickly, and it’s cheap. Highly recommend !
