Both prices and portions are nice and reasonable. You can also customise your own sandwich with different bread and sauce options. The down side would be the queue is always long during rush hours. You just have to wait patiently. The owners are the most delighted ones in this area. Most of the time they’re pretty friendly and humble. Highly recommend to people who work or stay around this area. (I kind of go there every morning for breakfast myself)
