Zuoying District, Kaohsiung City｜吉比斯廚坊（手工漢堡肉）粉漿蛋餅

This is probably my favorite local breakfast shop in Kaohshiung. It's cheap and delicious, with quick service. The couple who owns it are very nice, and love to talk. Their English is decent and if you want help ordering, they will walk you through the menu. They have adv actual expresso machine as well, which is rare.
