The air conditioner was too cold during the night we stayed at the youth hostel. I woke up early in the morning and had a hot breakfast, choosing a breakfast restaurant at random. I saw the "pot-roasted pasta" sign on the wall and chose it without hesitation. I ate it with no expectations. When I bit into it, the noodles were not sloppy. They were not cooked until they were soft and chewy. I personally think it is very delicious. The soup is very fresh and sweet when you take a sip, and the price-performance ratio is very good. I really feel that this level is far beyond the hot pot pasta at breakfast restaurants. 👍
