Alishan Township, Chiayi County｜Xin Xingguang Restaurant

The food was all so fresh and delicious. The cabbage had a natural sweetness and was wok fired. Can’t skip the mountain bamboo, which was lightly poached and not over salted. The orange flower and mushroom soup was also a light and refreshing addition to the meal. Poached chicken was the star of the show though, incredibly juicy and well cooked. Not a single dry piece.
