Very delicious crispy pig knuckle. Roast in German style, but marinated treatment beforehand in Taiwanese style, which have been a great fusion. Shien-tsao chicken soup was very nice, again, a good combination of Shien-tsao and chicken soup. This restaurant serves great Hakka food and, do make a reservation or arrive early enough.

Traditional Hakka food, very delicious and not too oily.
