Since rice is all u can have. Hokkaido dish are famous for their heavy taste, so be aware of it. The heaviness comes from soy sauce and ingredients, not spices, there’s certainly a famous dish ginger stir fried pork intestines with rice vinegar, very clean and soft if u wanna try. We family of 3 ordered the 4 dishes 1soup set, +half of free range chicken, cost only $550+300. I don’t know where I can beat this price with the hot spring I’m gonna enjoy later around the world. Grab some beers on the way back to ur stay at 7-11.
