After a misunderstanding the owner was very vigorous in researching my complaint, which I appreciated. It is good to see an owner who is sensitive to customer complaints. I think the matter could have been handled more tactfully by the owner, but then it seems I misremembered or misheard to begin with, so that’s that. The taste of the bento is actually good, if you are in the area for a bento I’d say this is a decent choice.
