Yingchuan Dumpling Restaurant Another local food, I am in love with their dumplings and the lady chef who prepares the dumplings, it's so professional and mouth watering to watch, I stayed there for like 20 mins, I myself noticed more than 200 dumplings sold out It's again for locals, it's cheap and very tasty, very healthy too Guess what it's just 3$ NTD for a dumpling, the skin of the dumplings also is very thin and soft, when u put the dumplings inside, it just goes like a jelly... I had an orgasm in my mouth after eating this dumpling 😋 We also has some noodles soup, the white noodles and not the yellow one, soup was really thick and the stock was really tasty, I don't think I would have consumed so many calories, because everything looked very healthy 😋 2. The spiced corn egg (滷蛋) was very different from the ones I have tasted before, I am big fan of eggs and I know there are many ways to cook eggs, but this kind was totally insane and different, the egg yolk was very good to taste also, it's simply a boiled egg, but the improvising cooking style is the real deal....
