The dishes are not something that you will find in any US cities- or matter of fact, anywhere in the US. The cuisine, as I was told by the owner, were based on the typical rural Taiwanese cuisine. Most of the ingredients were home grown and truly defines “farm-to-table” fresh. I enjoyed the experience as I tasted dishes that I never had. Definitely should try this place out when you are nearby.
