It's delicious. The chicken chop is super thick and full of ingredients. It feels similar to a steak. You will be full after eating a piece. Although it is thick, the inside is also very tasty. When you bite into the steaming meat, it will burst with juice, which is delicious.

It's hard to mess up fried chicken, but it's also really hard to make good fried chicken as well. This is, to date, one of the best fried chicken joints I've visited during my time in Taiwan. Tender chicken breast wrapped with a layer of crisp and thin breading - 5/5.
