So I went straight to a bowl of mixed soup and was satisfied. All the ingredients were very clean and the soup was very clear. There was no fishy smell. The boss was very particular about the cookedness of the ingredients. All the ingredients were delicious. It was just cooked, so it was very tender. What surprised me the most was the pork liver!
