Ji’an Township, Hualien County｜一道健康素食

this place is the GOAT. buffet-style, the dishes are tasty and numerous albeit simple, and they change them enough to keep things interesting. it's pay-by-weight. you can get a very filling meal plus rice for about $100, which I think is a steal. and also, free tea and soup. everyone knows how great this place is, so it can be quite a zoo during the peak dinner and lunch hours. however, I've never not been able to find a seat. the workers are very friendly, the dining area is always very clean. couldn't ask for a better vegetarian option in the neighborhood.

Staff do not speak English but they understood my broken Mandarin 😅. Delicious and healthy for for a reasonable price. 10/10
