Nice environment, very cosy ambiance, and friendly waitresses. Cakes are nice, but can be better.

Ordered this little container of 10 tiny Earl Grey cookies on Foodpanda for pickup. They were delicious.

Very good present as souvenir for family, friends and your clients. Francis is worth a visit when you visit Taiwan. I'll definitely come back again.
