East District, Chiayi City｜嘉義品安豆漿豆花

Tofu Pudding here taste so soft yet full of soy milk. I love they provide different soup base to choose from. They also have soy milk slushy and caramel slushy to pair with tofu pudding. They have 枸杞銀耳to pair with which is my favorite! They added the non sugar soy milk to adjust the sweetness to make it not too sweet. It’s melting in my mouth! This is a must try spot in Chiayi!

品安豆花 is one of the legends in Chiayi which has been on my to-eat list for a while. The decor is humble and outmoded with limited seating. We got three bowls of Tofu Pudding with customized toppings: Soy Milk, Lemon & Caramel and Red Bean. Our favorite was the lemon & caramel one, which was light and refreshing. The best topping was the taro ball, which was creamy and rich.

Best beancurd dessert we have tried in Chiayi. Smooth texture that melts in your mouth. Highly recommended.
