Hualien City, Hualien County｜樹里私廚甜點

This place is pure quality, from the deco to the sweets to the carefully selected teas from all over Taiwan! It's located inside a B&B called 宿里, and just moved from Yilan to Hualien. Make sure to call a day in advance if you are several people or want the full afternoon tea menu (套餐). It's well worth it. Note: vegetarian- but not vegan-friendly.
