Perfect cannelés with crunchy and crisp outer shell! I came to the shop around 13:00, and it looked like they were fresh from the oven - the cannelé was slightly warm with gooey and moist custard filling inside. I stored another one in the fridge to try later, hopefully to experience a different texture. The owner looked a bit shy, and I was unsure about ordering in English or Chinese (lol), but I would def come again next time :)

Very delicious canelé. Crispy outside, soft and creamy inside. The sweetness and a sense of wine is very well balanced for the tastebud. Reasonable price with good quality and quantity. My favorite part of this canelé is that it is very beautiful and perfect. Nice food in a tiny store, don’t miss this one if you are looking for a taste of France here in Taipei. You’ll be very surprise and delighted to have one of this beautiful little thing.🇫🇷

Just take only a little bite, I can taste rum and vanilla flavor with a soft and tender texture inside and a caramelized crisp crust. These canelé really made my day.
