Best Tohua (Tofu pudding) in Taipei! The sweetness of the sugar soup, got some caramelle scent, are made by themselves (most same shops you can eat around Taipei are imported from providers). The various ingredients with Tofu pudding, such as red beans, green beans, Yuyuan(bungy Taro balls, my favorite), Sentsao(black herb soft jelly) are also made by themselves. I love Tofu pudding very very much, I will eat it everytime I saw the shop who sells it. But, it's still the best one! And the price is reasonable, among 35~45 taiwan dollars (sometimes you can see they sell high as 50~60 taiwan dollars in central city). Boss said they are also welcome to foreign visitors. If you want to try but not sure what to order, I suggest you can try the Composite Tofu Pudding( pronounce as: Tsong Her D'o Hua). He might ask you if you want to add ice or not, but you can just sign as OK, and everything will go smooth. I strongly recommend this small sweets shop. If you come to Taiwan, you got to try it!
