the simplicity in this snack is unmatched. the douhua has a little burnt aftertaste, but that’s what makes it nostalgic and attractive to the taiwanese locals. very delicious hehe

One of the most traditional and tasty soy custard I’ve had since I was a kid. It was definitely worth the effort of flying across half of the world for this. Will come back again next time I am in town. 👍
