Ordered the Creme Brûlée Matcha Shaved Ice NT $240 where the creme brûlée is torched at the table by the staff! That gives it a thin, crispy and slightly burnt caramelised layer on the surface. Below it is a mountain of matcha-infused shaved ice with a surprise within – red bean, matcha jellies and chewy dango. Ice melts fast so would have to eat quickly! Cafe is quite crowded on a weekday afternoon.

This dessert shop offers different kinds of desserts and all of them look delicious. I got mango crème brûlée shaved ice this time, and it was tasty. The crème brûlée is crispy and goes well with the shaved ice. Chopped mango and tea jelly are inside of it. Will visit again and try different things.

The most amazing matcha crème brûlée shaved iced with exquisite tea jellies and more options too! We loved the osmanthus latte along with their other matcha desserts. Highly recommend! Just note that each person visiting must order an item due to their shop space being smaller. Worth the visit and the desserts are so well handcrafted!
